About The Founder
CP Success was founded by Cheryl Payne, a former engineering executive at Con Edison with nearly three decades of leadership experience.
Cheryl holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and an MS in Organizational Leadership. Throughout her corporate career, she specialized in strategic, risk management, and long-term systems thinking — principles that now shape the structure of the CP Success program.
After rising from humble beginnings to executive leadership, Cheryl became committed to helping young people develop the financial confidence and decision-making skills necessary to build lasting wealth.
Cheryl now teaches personal finance to high school seniors and designed this program based on what students actually struggle to understand.
Through CP Success, she brings executive-level discipline and real-world experience into financial education for high school students.
